Access to our services is by Telephone Triage .This means you will have to contact us on 01412116210. Our telephone lines are open from 8:30am till 18:00pm Monday to Friday.
When you contact us our reception staff will ask you a range of questions regarding your condition and based on that you will be offered the first available telephone appointment we have. We woluld appreciate it if you could assist them by answering the questions.
Our receptionists are here to support you to access the care you need.The information you give to this team helps us to plan our workload for the day. This means patients in the greatest need are dealt with first and a health professional may need to phone you back for a fuller discussion about your condition.
Reception teams do not make clinical decisions, but they have had training to help patients get to the most appropriate service and to guide patients through how services are being delivered in our practice.
Our reception teams are here to help. We demand you treat them with courtesy. Practice has a zero tolernace policy toward abusive patients. Such patients will be removed fom our list. We expect you to speak to us in the same maner as you expect us to speak to you.
sickness certificates or certificates of absence for college or university, are non urgent/ emergency matter. These will only be dealt with at the next routine appointment and will be dated as appropriate.
If you have a preference for a particular doctor we will do our best to meet your requirements. Please remember that it may not always be possible to speak to your preferred doctor or nurse. If you are consulting more than once about an ongoing problem or illness, please make sure you follow this through with the same doctor whenever possible

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity of managing your appointment day or night on line. This new service will allow you to book “routine GP appointments” up to 4 weeks in advance. In addition you can also view and cancel your appointments.
This service is available 24 hours a day and if you have a smart phone you can download a free app called “patient access”.
